Those who do not believe

 وَلَوْ يُعَجِّلُ اللّهُ لِلنَّاسِ الشَّرَّ اسْتِعْجَالَهُم بِالْخَيْرِ لَقُضِيَ إِلَيْهِمْ أَجَلُهُمْ فَنَذَرُ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَرْجُونَ لِقَاءنَا فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ 10:11

اور اگر خدا لوگوں کي برائي ميں جلدي کرتا جس طرح وہ طلب خير ميں جلدي کرتے ہيں. تو ان کي (عمر کي) ميعاد پوري ہوچکي ہوتي سو جن لوگوں کو ہم سے ملنے کي توقع نہيں انہيں ہم چھوڑے رکھتے ہيں کہ اپني سرکشي ميں بہکتے رہيں 10:11

 10:11 NOW IF GOD were to hasten for human beings the ill [which they deserve by their sinning] in the same manner as they [themselves] would hasten [the coming to them of what they consider to be] goad, their end would indeed come forthwith! But We leave them alone [for a while] -all those who do not believe that they are destined to meet Us: [We leave them alone] in their overweening arrogance, blindly stumbling to and fro.10:11

 10:11 If Allah were to hasten for men the ill (they have earned) as they would fain hasten on the good,- then would their respite be settled at once. But We leave those who rest not their hope on their meeting with Us, in their trespasses, wandering in distraction to and fro.10:11
