 وَإِذَا مَسَّ الإِنسَانَ الضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنبِهِ أَوْ قَاعِدًا أَوْ قَآئِمًا فَلَمَّا كَشَفْنَا عَنْهُ ضُرَّهُ مَرَّ كَأَن لَّمْ يَدْعُنَا إِلَى ضُرٍّ مَّسَّهُ كَذَلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ 10:12

اور جب انسان کو تکليف پہنچتي ہے تو ليٹا اور بيٹھا اور کھڑا (ہر حال ميں) ہميں پکارتا ہے. پھر جب ہم اس تکليف کو اس سے دور کر ديتے ہيں تو (بےلحاظ ہو جاتا ہے اور) اس طرح گزر جاتا ہے گويا کسي تکليف پہنچنے پر ہميں کبھي پکارا ہي نہ تھا. اسي طرح حد سے نکل جانے والوں کو ان کے اعمال آراستہ کرکے دکھائے گئے ہيں 10:12

 10:12 For [thus it is:] when affliction befalls man, he cries out unto Us, whether he be lying on his side or sitting or standing; but as soon as We have freed him of his affliction, he goes on as though he had never invoked Us to save him from the affliction that befell him! Thus do their own doings seem goodly unto those who waste their own selves. 10:12

 10:12 When trouble toucheth a man, He crieth unto Us (in all postures)- lying down on his side, or sitting, or standing. But when We have solved his trouble, he passeth on his way as if he had never cried to Us for a trouble that touched him! thus do the deeds of transgressors seem fair in their eyes!10:12
