 وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ كَأَن لَّمْ يَلْبَثُواْ إِلاَّ سَاعَةً مِّنَ النَّهَارِ يَتَعَارَفُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ قَدْ خَسِرَ الَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَاء اللّهِ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهْتَدِينَ 10:45

اور جس دن خدا ان کو جمع کرے گا (تو وہ دنيا کي نسبت ايسا خيال کريں گے کہ) گويا (وہاں) گھڑي بھر دن سے زيادہ رہے ہي نہيں تھے (اور) آپس ميں ايک دوسرے کو شناخت بھي کريں گے. جن لوگوں نے خدا کے روبرو حاضر ہونے کو جھٹلايا وہ خسارے ميں پڑ گئے اور راہ ياب نہ ہوئے10:45

 10:45 And on the Day when He shall gather them [unto Himself, it will seem to them] as if they had not tarried [on earth] longer than an hour of a day, knowing one another; [and] lost indeed will be they who [in their lifetime] considered it a lie that they were destined to meet God, and [thus] failed to find the right' way.10:45

 10:45 One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance.10:45
