 إِن نَّقُولُ إِلاَّ اعْتَرَاكَ بَعْضُ آلِهَتِنَا بِسُوَءٍ قَالَ إِنِّي أُشْهِدُ اللّهِ وَاشْهَدُواْ أَنِّي بَرِيءٌ مِّمَّا تُشْرِكُونَ 11:54

ہم تو يہ سمجھتے ہيں کہ ہمارے کسي معبود نے تمہيں آسيب پہنچا کر (ديوانہ کر) ديا ہے. انہوں نے کہا کہ ميں خدا کو گواہ کرتا ہوں اور تم بھي گواہ رہو کہ جن کو تم (خدا کا) شريک بناتے ہو ميں اس سے بيزار ہوں11:54
