 لَهُ مُعَقِّبَاتٌ مِّن بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ يَحْفَظُونَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُغَيِّرُ مَا بِقَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ اللّهُ بِقَوْمٍ سُوءًا فَلاَ مَرَدَّ لَهُ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِ مِن وَالٍ 13:11

اس کے آگے اور پيچھے خدا کے چوکيدار ہيں جو خدا کے حکم سے اس کي حفاظت کرتے ہيں. خدا اس (نعمت) کو جو کسي قوم کو (حاصل) ہے نہيں بدلتا جب تک کہ وہ اپني حالت کو نہ بدلے. اور جب خدا کسي قوم کے ساتھ برائي کا ارادہ کرتا ہے تو پھر وہ پھر نہيں سکتي. اور خدا کے سوا ان کا کوئي مددگار نہيں ہوتا 13:11

 13:11 [thinking that] he has hosts of helpers-both such as can be perceived by him and such as are hidden from him -that could preserve him from whatever God may have willed. Verily, God does not change men's condition unless they change their inner selves; and when God wills people to suffer evil [in consequence of their . own evil deeds], there is none who could avert it: for they have none who could protect them from Him.13:11

 13:11 For each (such person) there are (angels) in succession, before and behind him: They guard him by command of Allah. Verily never will Allah change the condition of a people until they change it themselves (with their own souls). But when (once) Allah willeth a people's punishment, there can be no turning it back, nor will they find, besides Him, any to protect.13:11
