Those who do not believe

 وَأَقْسَمُواْ بِاللّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لاَ يَبْعَثُ اللّهُ مَن يَمُوتُ بَلَى وَعْدًا عَلَيْهِ حَقًّا وَلـكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ 16:38

اور يہ خدا کي سخت سخت قسميں کھاتے ہيں کہ جو مرجاتا ہے خدا اسے (قيامت کے دن قبر سے) نہيں اٹھائے گا. ہرگز نہيں. يہ (خدا کا) وعدہ سچا ہے اور اس کا پورا کرنا اسے ضرور ہے ليکن اکثر لوگ نہيں جانتے 16:38

 16:38 As it is, they swear by God with their most solemn oaths, "Never will God raise from the dead anyone who has died!" Yea indeed! [This very thing has God promised] by a promise which He has willed upon Himself; but most people know it not.16:38
