 ضَرَبَ اللّهُ مَثَلاً عَبْدًا مَّمْلُوكًا لاَّ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى شَيْءٍ وَمَن رَّزَقْنَاهُ مِنَّا رِزْقًا حَسَنًا فَهُوَ يُنفِقُ مِنْهُ سِرًّا وَجَهْرًا هَلْ يَسْتَوُونَ الْحَمْدُ لِلّهِ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لاَ يَعْلَمُونَ 16:75

خدا ايک اور مثال بيان فرماتا ہے کہ ايک غلام ہے جو (بالکل) دوسرے کے اختيار ميں ہے اور کسي چيز پر قدرت نہيں رکھتا اور ايک ايسا شخص ہے جس کو ہم نے اپنے ہاں سے (بہت سا) مال طيب عطا فرمايا ہے اور وہ اس ميں سے (رات دن) پوشيدہ اور ظاہر خرچ کرتا رہتا ہے تو کيا يہ دونوں شخص برابر ہيں؟ (ہرگز نہيں) الحمدلله ليکن ان ميں سے اکثر لوگ نہيں سمجھ رکھتے 16:75

 16:75 God propounds [to you] the parable of [two men-] a man enslaved, unable to do anything of his own accord, and a [free] man upon whom We have bestowed goodly sustenance [as a gift] from Ourselves, so that he can spend thereof [at will, both] secretly and openly. Can these [two] be deemed equal? All praise is due to God [alone]: but most of them do not understand it.16:75

 16:75 Allah sets forth the Parable (of two men: one) a slave under the dominion of another; He has no power of any sort; and (the other) a man on whom We have bestowed goodly favours from Ourselves, and he spends thereof (freely), privately and publicly: are the two equal? (By no means;) praise be to Allah. But most of them understand not.16:75
