سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلاً مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ آيَاتِنَا إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ البَصِيرُ 17:1 |

وہ (ذات) پاک ہے جو ايک رات اپنے بندے کو مسجدالحرام يعني (خانہ? کعبہ) سے مسجد اقصي? (يعني بيت المقدس) تک جس کے گردا گرد ہم نے برکتيں رکھي ہيں لے گيا تاکہ ہم اسے اپني (قدرت کي) نشانياں دکھائيں. بےشک وہ سننے والا (اور) ديکھنے والا ہے 17:1

17:1 LIMITLESS in His glory is He who transported His servant by night from the Inviolable House of Worship [at Mecca] to the Remote House of Worship [,at Jerusalem] - the environs of which We had blessed -so that We might show him some of Our symbols: for, verily, He alone is all-hearing, all-seeing. 17:1
