Allah(swt), Addressing Prophet Muhammad(pbuh)

 وَإِن كَادُواْ لَيَفْتِنُونَكَ عَنِ الَّذِي أَوْحَيْنَا إِلَيْكَ لِتفْتَرِيَ عَلَيْنَا غَيْرَهُ وَإِذًا لاَّتَّخَذُوكَ خَلِيلاً 17:73

اور اے پيغمبر جو وحي ہم نے تمہاري طرف بھيجي ہے قريب تھا کہ يہ (کافر) لوگ تم کو اس سے بچلا ديں تاکہ تم اس کے سوا اور باتيں ہماري نسبت بنالو. اور اس وقت وہ تم کو دوست بنا ليتے 17:73

 17:73 AND,. behold, they [who have gone astray] endeavour to tempt thee away from all [the truth] with which We have inspired thee, [O Prophet,] with a view to making thee invent something else in Our name - in which case they would surely have made thee their friend! 17:73

 17:73 And their purpose was to tempt thee away from that which We had revealed unto thee, to substitute in our name something quite different; (in that case), behold! they would certainly have made thee (their) friend!17:73
