تم پر فرض کيا جاتا ہے کہ جب تم ميں سے کسي کو موت کا وقت آجائے تو اگر وہ کچھ مال چھوڑ جانے والا ہو تو ماں با پ اور رشتہ داروں کے لئے دستور کے مطابق وصيت کرجائے (خدا سے) ڈر نے والوں پر يہ ايک حق ہے 2:180
