Order, Distribution of Inheritance

 فَمَنْ خَافَ مِن مُّوصٍ جَنَفًا أَوْ إِثْمًا فَأَصْلَحَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَلاَ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 2:182

اگر کسي کو وصيت کرنے والے کي طرف سے (کسي وارث کي) طرفداري يا حق تلفي کا انديشہ ہو تو اگر وہ (وصيت کو بدل کر) وارثوں ميں صلح کرادے تو اس پر کچھ گناہ نہيں. بےشک خدا بخشنے والا (اور) رحم والا ہے 2:182

 2:182 If, however, one has reason to fear that the testator has committed a mistake or a [deliberate] wrong, and thereupon brings about a settlement between the heirs, he will incur no sin [thereby]. Verily, God is much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace.2:182
