الَّذِينَ يُنفِقُونَ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ ثُمَّ لاَ يُتْبِعُونَ مَا أَنفَقُواُ مَنًّا وَلاَ أَذًى لَّهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ وَلاَ خَوْفٌ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ هُمْ يَحْزَنُونَ 2:262 |

جو لوگ اپنا مال خدا کے رستے ميں صرف کرتے ہيں پھر اس کے بعد نہ اس خرچ کا (کسي پر) احسان رکھتے ہيں اور نہ (کسي کو) تکليف ديتے ہيں. ان کا صلہ ان کے پروردگار کے پاس (تيار) ہے. اور (قيامت کے روز) نہ ان کو کچھ خوف ہوگا اور نہ وہ غمگين ہوں گے2:262

2:262 They who spend their possessions for the sake of God and do not thereafter mar their spending by stressing their own benevolence and hurting [the feelings of the needy] shall have their reward with 'their Sustainer, and no fear need they have, and neither shall they grieve.2:262
