يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ أَنفِقُواْ مِن طَيِّبَاتِ مَا كَسَبْتُمْ وَمِمَّا أَخْرَجْنَا لَكُم مِّنَ الأَرْضِ وَلاَ تَيَمَّمُواْ الْخَبِيثَ مِنْهُ تُنفِقُونَ وَلَسْتُم بِآخِذِيهِ إِلاَّ أَن تُغْمِضُواْ فِيهِ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ 2:267 |

مومنو! جو پاکيزہ اور عمدہ مال تم کماتے ہوں اور جو چيزيں ہم تمہارے لئے زمين سےنکالتے ہيں ان ميں سے (راہ خدا ميں) خرچ کرو. اور بري اور ناپاک چيزيں دينے کا قصد نہ کرنا کہ (اگر وہ چيزيں تمہيں دي جائيں تو) بجز اس کے کہ (ليتے وقت) آنکھيں بند کرلو ان کو کبھي نہ لو. اور جان رکھو کہ خدا بےپروا (اور) قابل ستائش ہے2:267

2:267 O you who have attained to faith! Spend on others out of the good things which you may have acquired, and out of that which We bring forth for you from the earth; and choose not for your spending the bad things which you yourselves would not accept without averting your eyes in disdain. And know that God is self-sufficient, ever to be praised.2:267

2:267 O ye who believe! Give of the good things which ye have (honourably) earned, and of the fruits of the earth which We have produced for you, and do not even aim at getting anything which is bad, in order that out of it ye may give away something, when ye yourselves would not receive it except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of all wants, and worthy of all praise.2:267
