Those who do not believe

 إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَيَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَالْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ الَّذِي جَعَلْنَاهُ لِلنَّاسِ سَوَاء الْعَاكِفُ فِيهِ وَالْبَادِ وَمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍ بِظُلْمٍ نُذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ 22:25

جو لوگ کافر ہيں اور (لوگوں کو) خدا کے رستے سے اور مسجد محترم سے جسے ہم نے لوگوں کے لئے يکساں (عبادت گاہ) بنايا ہے روکتے ہيں. خواہ وہاں کے رہنے والے ہوں يا باہر سے آنے والے. اور جو اس ميں شرارت سے کج روي (وکفر) کرنا چاہے اس کو ہم درد دينے والے عذاب کا مزہ چکھائيں گے.22:25

 22:25 BEHOLD, as for those who are bent on denying the truth and bar [others] from the path of God and from the Inviolable House of Worship which We have set up for all people alike - [both] those who dwell there and those who come from abroad - and all who seek to profane it by [deliberate] evildoing: [all] such shall We cause to taste grievous suffering in the life to come.] 22:25

 22:25 As to those who have rejected ((Allah)), and would keep back (men) from the Way of Allah, and from the Sacred Mosque, which We have made (open) to (all) men - equal is the dweller there and the visitor from the country - and any whose purpose therein is profanity or wrong-doing - them will We cause to taste of a most Grievous Penalty.22:25
