وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمْ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا فَتَيَاتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَاء إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّنًا لِّتَبْتَغُوا عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِن بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 24:33 |

اور جن کو بياہ کا مقدور نہ ہو وہ پاک دامني کو اختيار کئے رہيں يہاں تک کہ خدا ان کو اپنے فضل سے غني کردے. اور جو غلام تم سے مکاتبت چاہيں اگر تم ان ميں (صلاحيت اور) نيکي پاؤ تو ان سے مکاتبت کرلو. اور خدا نے جو مال تم کو بخشا ہے اس ميں سے ان کو بھي دو. اور اپني لونڈيوں کو اگر وہ پاک دامن رہنا چاہيں تو (بےشرمي سے) دنياوي زندگي کے فوائد حاصل کرنے کے لئے بدکاري پر مجبور نہ کرنا. اور جو ان کو مجبور کرے گا تو ان (بيچاريوں) کے مجبور کئے جانے کے بعد خدا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے 24:33

24:33 And as for those who are unable to marry, let them live in continence until God grants them sufficiency out of His bounty, And if any of those whom you rightfully possess desire [to obtain] a deed of freedom, write it out for them if you are aware of any good in them: and give them [their share of the wealth of God which He has given you. And do not, in order to gain some of the fleeting pleasures of this worldly life, coerce your [slave] maidens into whoredom if they happen to be desirous of marriage; and if anyone should coerce them, then, verily, after they have been compelled [to submit in their helplessness], God will be much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace!24:33

24:33 Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum), give them such a deed if ye know any good in them: yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet, after such compulsion, is Allah, Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them),24:33
