Mussa(pbuh)

 وَلَكِنَّا أَنشَأْنَا قُرُونًا فَتَطَاوَلَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْعُمُرُ وَمَا كُنتَ ثَاوِيًا فِي أَهْلِ مَدْيَنَ تَتْلُو عَلَيْهِمْ آيَاتِنَا وَلَكِنَّا كُنَّا مُرْسِلِينَ 28:45

ليکن ہم نے (موس?ي کے بعد) کئي اُمتوں کو پيدا کيا پھر ان پر مدت طويل گذر گئي اور نہ تم مدين والوں ميں رہنے والے تھے کہ ان کو ہماري آيتيں پڑھ پڑھ کر سناتے تھے. ہاں ہم ہي تو پيغمبر بھيجنے والے تھے28:45

 28:45 nay, but [between them and thee] We brought into being [many] generations, and long was their span of life. And neither didst thou dwell among the people of Madyan, conveying Our messages unto them: nay, but We have [always] been sending [Our message-bearers unto man].28:45
