قَالَ رَبِّ اجْعَل لِّيَ آيَةً قَالَ آيَتُكَ أَلاَّ تُكَلِّمَ النَّاسَ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ إِلاَّ رَمْزًا وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ كَثِيرًا وَسَبِّحْ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالإِبْكَارِ 3:41 |

زکريا نے کہا کہ پروردگار (ميرے ليے) کوئي نشاني مقرر فرما خدا نے فرمايا نشاني يہ ہے کہ تم لوگوں سے تين دن اشارے کے سوا بات نہ کر سکو گے تو (ان دنوں ميں) اپنے پروردگار کي کثرت سے ياد اور صبح و شام اس کي تسبيح کرنا 3:41
