قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ تَعَالَوْاْ إِلَى كَلَمَةٍ سَوَاء بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ أَلاَّ نَعْبُدَ إِلاَّ اللّهَ وَلاَ نُشْرِكَ بِهِ شَيْئًا وَلاَ يَتَّخِذَ بَعْضُنَا بَعْضاً أَرْبَابًا مِّن دُونِ اللّهِ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْاْ فَقُولُواْ اشْهَدُواْ بِأَنَّا مُسْلِمُونَ 3:64 |

کہہ دو کہ اے اہل کتاب جو بات ہمارے اور تمہارے دونوں کے درميان يکساں (تسليم کي گئي) ہے اس کي طرف آؤ وہ يہ کہ خدا کے سوا ہم کسي کي عبادت نہ کريں اور اس کے ساتھ کسي چيز کو شريک نہ بنائيں اور ہم ميں سے کوئي کسي کو خدا کے سوا اپنا کار ساز نہ سمجھے اگر يہ لوگ (اس بات کو) نہ مانيں تو (ان سے) کہہ دو کہ تم گواہ رہو کہ ہم (خدا کے) فرماں بردار ہيں3:64

3:64 Say: "O followers of earlier revelation! Come unto that tenet which we and you hold in common: that we shall worship none but God, and that we shall not ascribe divinity to aught beside Him, and that we shall not take human beings for our lords beside God." And if they turn away, then say: "Bear witness that it is we who have surrendered ourselves unto Him."3:64
