 ضَرَبَ لَكُم مَّثَلًا مِنْ أَنفُسِكُمْ هَل لَّكُم مِّن مَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُم مِّن شُرَكَاء فِي مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ فَأَنتُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاء تَخَافُونَهُمْ كَخِيفَتِكُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ كَذَلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ 30:28

وہ تمہارے لئے تمہارے ہي حال کي ايک مثال بيان فرماتا ہے کہ بھلا جن (لونڈي غلاموں) کے تم مالک ہو وہ اس (مال) ميں جو ہم نے تم کو عطا فرمايا ہے تمہارے شريک ہيں، اور (کيا )تم اس ميں (اُن کو اپنے) برابر (مالک سمجھتے) ہو( اور کيا) تم اُن سے اس طرح ڈرتے ہو جس طرح اپنوں سے ڈرتے ہو، اسي طرح عقل والوں کے لئے اپني آيتيں کھول کھول کر بيان کرتے ہيں 30:28

 30:28 He propounds unto you a parable drawn from your own life: Would you [agree to] have some of those whom your right hands possess as [full-fledged] partners in whatever We may have bestowed upon you as sustenance, so that you [and they] would have equal shares in it, and you would fear [to make use of it without consulting] them, just as you might fear [the more powerful of] your equals? Thus clearly do We spell out these messages unto people who use their reason.30:28
