 أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يُولِجُ اللَّيْلَ فِي النَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ النَّهَارَ فِي اللَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِي إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ 31:29

کيا تم نے نہيں ديکھا کہ خدا ہي رات کو دن ميں داخل کرتا ہے اور (وہي) دن کو رات ميں داخل کرتا ہے اور اُسي نے سورج اور چاند کو (تمہارے) زير فرمان کر رکھا ہے. ہر ايک ايک وقتِ مقرر تک چل رہا ہے اور يہ کہ خدا تمہارے سب اعمال سے خبردار ہے 31:29

 31:29 Art thou not aware that it is God who makes the night grow longer by shortening the day, and makes the day grow longer by shortening the night, and that He has made the sun and the moon subservient [to His laws], each running its course for a term set [by Him] and that God is fully aware of all that you do?31:29
