Allah(swt), Rizak is in His Control

 قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّي يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَن يَشَاء مِنْ عِبَادِهِ وَيَقْدِرُ لَهُ وَمَا أَنفَقْتُم مِّن شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ يُخْلِفُهُ وَهُوَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ 34:39

کہہ دو کہ ميرا پروردگار اپنے بندوں ميں سے جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے روزي فراخ کرديتا ہے اور (جس کے لئے چاہتا ہے) تنگ کرديتا ہے اور تم جو چيز خرچ کرو گے وہ اس کا (تمہيں) عوض دے گا. اور وہ سب سے بہتر رزق دينے والا ہے 34:39

 34:39 Say: “Behold, my Sustainer grants abundant sustenance, or gives it in scant measure, unto whomever He wills of His servants; and whatever it be that you spend on others, He [always] replaces it: for He is the best of providers.” 34:39

 34:39 Say: "Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Sustenance to such of his servants as He pleases: and nothing do ye spend in the least (in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the Best of those who grant Sustenance.34:39
