 يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَخَلَقَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا وَبَثَّ مِنْهُمَا رِجَالاً كَثِيرًا وَنِسَاء وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ الَّذِي تَسَاءلُونَ بِهِ وَالأَرْحَامَ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيبًا 4:1

لوگو اپنے پروردگار سے ڈرو جس نے تم کو ايک شخص سے پيدا کيا (يعني اول) اس سے اس کا جوڑا بنايا. پھر ان دونوں سے کثرت سے مرد وعورت (پيدا کرکے روئے زمين پر) پھيلا ديئے. اور خدا سے جس کے نام کو تم اپني حاجت بر آري کا ذريعہ بناتے ہو ڈرو اور (قطع مودت) ارحام سے (بچو) کچھ شک نہيں کہ خدا تمہيں ديکھ رہا ہے 4:1

 4:1 O MANKIND! Be conscious of your Sustainer, who has created you out of one living entity, and out of it created its mate, and out of the two spread abroad a multitude of men and women. And remain conscious of God, in whose name you demand [your rights] from one another, and of these ties of kinship. Verily, God is ever watchful over you!4:1

 4:1 O mankind! reverence your Guardian-Lord, who created you from a single person, created, of like nature, His mate, and from them twain scattered (like seeds) countless men and women;- reverence Allah, through whom ye demand your mutual (rights), and (reverence) the wombs (That bore you): for Allah ever watches over you.4:1
