 اللَّهُ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ اللَّيْلَ لِتَسْكُنُوا فِيهِ وَالنَّهَارَ مُبْصِرًا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَذُو فَضْلٍ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَشْكُرُونَ 40:61

خدا ہي تو ہے جس نے تمہارے لئے رات بنائي کہ اس ميں آرام کرو اور دن کو روشن بنايا (کہ اس ميں کام کرو) بےشک خدا لوگوں پر فضل کرنے والا ہے. ليکن اکثر لوگ شکر نہيں کرتے40:61
