وَهُوَ الَّذِي يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِن بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحْمَتَهُ وَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ 42:28 |

اور وہي تو ہے جو لوگوں کے نااميد ہوجانے کے بعد مينہ برساتا اور اپني رحمت (يعني بارش) کي برکت کو پھيلا ديتا ہے. اور وہ کارساز اور سزاوار تعريف ہے 42:28

42:28 And it is He who sends down rain after [men] have lost all hope, and unfolds His grace [thereby]: for He alone is [their] Protector, the One to whom all praise is due.42:28
