يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ لاَ تَقْتُلُواْ الصَّيْدَ وَأَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَمَن قَتَلَهُ مِنكُم مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاء مِّثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ يَحْكُمُ بِهِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّنكُمْ هَدْيًا بَالِغَ الْكَعْبَةِ أَوْ كَفَّارَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسَاكِينَ أَو عَدْلُ ذَلِكَ صِيَامًا لِّيَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمْرِهِ عَفَا اللّهُ عَمَّا سَلَف وَمَنْ عَادَ فَيَنتَقِمُ اللّهُ مِنْهُ وَاللّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو انْتِقَامٍ 5:95 |

مومنو! جب تم احرام کي حالت ميں ہو تو شکار نہ مارنا اور جو تم ميں سے جان بوجھ کر اسے مارے تو (يا تو اس کا) بدلہ (دے اور وہ يہ ہے کہ) اسي طرح کا چارپايہ جسے تم ميں دو معتبر شخص مقرر کرديں قرباني (کرے اور يہ قرباني) کعبے پہنچائي جائے يا کفارہ (دے اور وہ) مسکينوں کو کھانا کھلانا (ہے) يا اس کے برابر روزے رکھے تاکہ اپنے کام کي سزا (کا مزہ) چکھے (اور) جو پہلے ہو چکا وہ خدا نے معاف کر ديا اور جو پھر (ايسا کام) کرے گا تو خدا اس سے انتقام لے گا اور خدا غالب اور انتقام لينے والا ہے 5:95

5:95 O you who have attained to faith! Kill no game while you are in the state of pilgrimage. And whoever of you kills it intentionally, [shall make] amends in cattle equivalent to what he has killed - with two persons of probity giving their judgment thereon- to be brought as an offering to the Ka`bah; or else he may atone for his sin by feeding the needy, or by the equivalent thereof in fasting: [this,] in order that. he taste the full gravity of his deed, [while] God shall have effaced the past. But whoever does it again, God will inflict His retribution on him: for God is almighty, an avenger of evil.5:95

5:95 O ye who believe! Kill not game while in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. If any of you doth so intentionally, the compensation is an offering, brought to the Ka'ba, of a domestic animal equivalent to the one he killed, as adjudged by two just men among you; or by way of atonement, the feeding of the indigent; or its equivalent in fasts: that he may taste of the penalty of his deed. Allah forgives what is past: for repetition Allah will exact from him the penalty. For Allah is Exalted, and Lord of Retribution.5:95
