Those who do not believe

 وَأَقْسَمُواْ بِاللّهِ جَهْدَ أَيْمَانِهِمْ لَئِن جَاءتْهُمْ آيَةٌ لَّيُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهَا قُلْ إِنَّمَا الآيَاتُ عِندَ اللّهِ وَمَا يُشْعِرُكُمْ أَنَّهَا إِذَا جَاءتْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ 6:109

اور يہ لوگ خدا کي سخت سخت قسميں کھاتے ہيں کہ اگر ان کے پاس کوئي نشاني آئے تو وہ اس پر ضروري ايمان لے آئيں. کہہ دو کہ نشانياں تو سب خدا ہي کے پاس ہيں. اور (مومنو!) تمہيں کيا معلوم ہے (يہ تو ايسے بدبخت ہيں کہ ان کے پاس) نشانياں آ بھي جائيں تب بھي ايمان نہ لائيں 6:109

 6:109 Now they swear by God with their most solemn oaths that if a miracle were shown to them, they would indeed believe in this [divine writ]. Say: "Miracles are in the power of God alone." And for all you know, even if one should be shown to them, they would not believe6:109

 6:109 They swear their strongest oaths by Allah, that if a (special) sign came to them, by it they would believe. Say: "Certainly (all) signs are in the power of Allah. but what will make you (Muslims) realise that (even) if (special) signs came, they will not believe."?6:109
