Allah(swt), Addressing Prophet Muhammad(pbuh)

 قُلْ إِنِّي نُهِيتُ أَنْ أَعْبُدَ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللّهِ قُل لاَّ أَتَّبِعُ أَهْوَاءكُمْ قَدْ ضَلَلْتُ إِذًا وَمَا أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُهْتَدِينَ 6:56

(Fathe Muhammad Jalandari)
(اے پيغمبر! کفار سے) کہہ دو کہ جن کو تم خدا کے سوا پکارتے ہو مجھے ان کي عبادت سے منع کيا گيا ہے. (يہ بھي) کہہ دو کہ ميں تمہاري خواہشوں کي پيروي نہيں کروں گا ايسا کروں تو گمراہ ہوجاؤں اور ہدايت يافتہ لوگوں ميں نہ رہوں6:56

 6:56 SAY [to the deniers of the truth]: "Behold, I have been forbidden to worship those [beings] whom you invoke instead of God." Say: "I do not follow your errant views -or else I should have gone astray, and should not be among those who have found the right path."6:56

 6:56 Say: "I am forbidden to worship those - others than Allah - whom ye call upon." Say: "I will not follow your wain desires: If I did, I would stray from the path, and be not of the company of those who receive guidance."6:56
