وَاتَّخَذَ قَوْمُ مُوسَى مِن بَعْدِهِ مِنْ حُلِيِّهِمْ عِجْلاً جَسَدًا لَّهُ خُوَارٌ أَلَمْ يَرَوْاْ أَنَّهُ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمْ وَلاَ يَهْدِيهِمْ سَبِيلاً اتَّخَذُوهُ وَكَانُواْ ظَالِمِينَ 7:148 |

اور قوم موسي? نے موسي? کے بعد اپنے زيور کا ايک بچھڑا بنا ليا (وہ) ايک جسم (تھا) جس ميں سے بيل کي آواز نکلتي تھي. ان لوگوں نے يہ نہ ديکھا کہ وہ نہ ان سے بات کرسکتا ہے اور نہ ان کو راستہ دکھا سکتا ہے. اس کو انہوں نے (معبود) بناليا اور (اپنے حق ميں) ظلم کيا 7:148

7:148 AND IN his absence the people of Moses took to worshipping the effigy of a calf [made] of their ornaments, which gave forth a lowing sound." Did they not see that it could neither speak unto them nor guide them in any way? [And yet] they took to worshipping it, for they were evildoers:7:148
