وَمَن يُوَلِّهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ دُبُرَهُ إِلاَّ مُتَحَرِّفاً لِّقِتَالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزاً إِلَى فِئَةٍ فَقَدْ بَاء بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَمَأْوَاهُ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ 8:16 |

اور جو شخص جنگ کے روز اس صورت کے سوا کہ لڑائي کے ليے کنارے کنارے چلے (يعني حکمت عملي سے دشمن کو مارے) يا اپني فوج ميں جا ملنا چاہے. ان سے پيٹھ پھيرے گا تو (سمجھو کہ) وہ خدا کے غضب ميں گرفتار ہوگيا اور اس کا ٹھکانا دوزخ ہے. اور وہ بہت ہي بري جگہ ہے8:16

8:16 for, whoever on that day turns his back on them-unless it be in a battle manoeuvre or in an endeavour to join another troop [of the believers] - shall indeed have earned the burden of God's condemnation, and his goal shall be hell: and how vile a journey's end!8:16
