Battles between Muslims and Mushriks

 لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّهُ فِي مَوَاطِنَ كَثِيرَةٍ وَيَوْمَ حُنَيْنٍ إِذْ أَعْجَبَتْكُمْ كَثْرَتُكُمْ فَلَمْ تُغْنِ عَنكُمْ شَيْئًا وَضَاقَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الأَرْضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتْ ثُمَّ وَلَّيْتُم مُّدْبِرِينَ 9:25

خدا نے بہت سے موقعوں پر تم کو مدد دي ہے اور (جنگ) حنين کے دن. جب تم کو اپني (جماعت کي) کثرت پر غرّہ تھا تو وہ تمہارے کچھ بھي کام نہ آئي. اور زمين باوجود (اتني بڑي) فراخي کے تم پر تنگ ہوگئي پھر تم پيٹھ پھير کر پھر گئے9:25

 9:25 Indeed, God has succoured you on many battlefields, [when you were few;] and [He did so, too,] on the Day of Hunayn, when you took pride in your great numbers and they proved of no avail whatever to you -for the earth, despite all its vastness, became [too] narrow for you and you turned back, retreating: 9:25
