Order, Obey Allah(swt) & Prophet

 وَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتْ سُورَةٌ أَنْ آمِنُواْ بِاللّهِ وَجَاهِدُواْ مَعَ رَسُولِهِ اسْتَأْذَنَكَ أُوْلُواْ الطَّوْلِ مِنْهُمْ وَقَالُواْ ذَرْنَا نَكُن مَّعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ 9:86

اور جب کوئي سورت نازل ہوتي ہے کہ خدا پر ايمان لاؤ اور اس کے رسول کے ساتھ ہو کر لڑائي کرو تو جو ان ميں دولت مند ہيں وہ تم سے اجازت طلب کرتے ہيں اور کہتے ہيں کہ ہميں تو رہنے ہي ديجيئے کہ جو لوگ گھروں ميں رہيں گے ہم بھي ان کے ساتھ رہيں 9:86

 9:86 [They are indeed denying it:] for, when they were called upon through revelation, "Believe in God, and strive hard [in His cause] together with His Apostle," [even] such of them as were well able [to go to war] asked thee for exemption, saying, "Allow us to stay behind with those who remain at home!" 9:86

 9:86 When a Sura comes down, enjoining them to believe in Allah and to strive and fight along with His Messenger, those with wealth and influence among them ask thee for exemption, and say: "Leave us (behind): we would be with those who sit (at home)."9:86
